Vacation Bible School 2022
VBS 2022 was a great success! Thank you all.
Our Vacation Bible School is back for yet another summer, and stronger than ever! It will be taking place the week of August 22 - 26, 2022 from 9 am-12 pm. We invite all 3–10-year-olds to join us, free of cost. The kids have a wonderful time learning contemporary bible songs, meeting new friends, praying together, engaging in discussions, playing games, and participating in arts and crafts.
The theme for this year is Food Truck Party: On A Roll with God where children, our Chefs, will experience God’s love, presence, and faithfulness as we turn to Him in prayer to meet our daily needs and to equip us to meet the needs of others.
The overarching bible theme for the week is from Matthew 6:11 “Give us this day our daily bread.”
Throughout the course of each day, we will focus on one verse while bringing the related Bible story to life as our Chefs gather biblical skills that show God’s goodness to all. The schedule is as follows:
SCHEDULE:
Monday: God is GREAT! - God Provides Manna & Quail (Exodus 16)
Tuesday: God is GOOD! - Elijah, the Widow, and the Endless Oil (1 Kings 17:8-16)
Wednesday: Let us THANK GOD for Our Food! - Daniel & Friends Easting the Good Stuff (Daniel 1)
Thursday: By God’s Hands We All Are FED! - Jesus Feeds the 5,000 Plus (John 6:1-13)
Friday: Give Us, Lord, Our DAILY BREAD! - Jesus Cooks the Catch of the Day (John 21:1-17)

Our registration deadline will be July 31, 2022, or when we hit our capacity limit, whichever comes first.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
Our volunteers are a vital part of our program, and we welcome ALL who have a heart to serve God and want to be a part of this special ministry. Youth ages 11 and over are needed to help at different stations, in classrooms and at a variety of activities throughout the week – part-time and full-time roles are available. PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
Since we are a volunteer-run ministry, we are always in need of parent volunteers to help out. We are looking for any day(s) you can give us for the week! Please email VBSBelmont@gmail.com OR indicate how you can help on your child's camper registration form.
